Stage 3 – Order Fulfilment

This starts with the preparation of the purchase order and contractual terms of the agreement. Once the supplier receives the purchase order and deposit, the order will be scheduled for fulfilment. If the goods have to be manufactured, samples will normally be produced and sent to the customer by courier for approval. China Procurement constantly monitors progress and provides regular status reports to the customer.
