Collecting Your Personal Information
We may collect the following personal information:

1. if you choose to send or receive any samples we will need you to supply your Name and Postal Address
2. if you download information from our web site, you may be asked to supply your Name and Email Address.

When you visit the site, certain anonymous information about your visit is automatically captured. This information includes the name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. None of this information is personally-identifiable. This anonymous information is used to help improve the site, analyse trends, and administer the site.

Use of your Personal Information
China Procurement utilises the services of a 24×7 Call Centre to provide limited services on our behalf, including answering customer questions about products and services, and taking caller details in order for our staff to call back where necessary. We only provide the Call Centre with the personal information they need to deliver the product and service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Email addresses
Email addresses are collected as part of the download or purchase process. Under no circumstances will this information ever be made publicly available – we hate spam as much as you do.
