Shipping

On completion of the order, China Procurement organizes the following through our overseas shipping agent:

  1. Quality checking of the product prior to shipment (optional – at customer’s discretion)
  2. Delivery to Port and loading onto Ship
  3. Shipping documents:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading
  • Packing Declaration

After inspecting the goods and where necessary photographs of the product are approved, the goods are loaded onto the ship, and the Bill of Lading is produced. Final payment to the supplier falls due on proof of this document. It can take 5 days for payment to China to be cleared and the manufacturer will not release the B/L until funds are available in his account, so it is important to make this final payment promptly. The Shipping documents will be forwarded to China Procurement from the supplier and the shipping agent.
